Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your investment. That's why we've built a fair refund process that respects both your time and ours.

Effective March 2025

At advflo-reboot, we're committed to delivering practical departmental budgeting education that actually helps you build real skills. But we also understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned.

This policy outlines when refunds are available and how to request one. We've tried to keep it straightforward because nobody likes wading through legal jargon when they just need answers.

Eligibility for Refunds

Not all situations qualify for refunds, and honestly, that's necessary to maintain the quality of our programs. Here's what does qualify:

Early Withdrawal

Request submitted within 14 days of course start and you've completed less than 20% of the materials. Full refund minus administrative fee.

Technical Issues

Platform problems on our end that prevent access for more than 72 consecutive hours without resolution. We'll refund the affected period.

Course Cancellation

If we cancel a scheduled course before it starts, you'll receive a complete refund within 10 business days. No questions asked.

Misrepresentation

Course content significantly differs from what was advertised. Must be documented with specific examples within 21 days of access.

How to Request a Refund

We've kept this process simple because you shouldn't need a law degree to get your money back when it's warranted.

1

Contact Support

Email [email protected] with your request. Include your enrollment details, reason for refund, and any relevant documentation. We read every email personally.

2

Review Period

Our team reviews your request within 3 business days. We might reach out for clarification or additional information. We're thorough but not bureaucratic about it.

3

Decision Notification

You'll receive a clear decision via email. If approved, we'll outline the refund amount and expected timeline. If denied, we'll explain why and suggest alternatives when possible.

4

Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. The money returns through your original payment method. Bank processing can add another 5-10 days depending on your institution.

Important Exceptions

A few situations where refunds aren't available, just so we're upfront about it:

Course completion beyond 20% of materials means you've accessed substantial content value. We can't offer refunds at that point, though we're happy to discuss other solutions.

Promotional or discounted enrollments may have different terms clearly stated at purchase time. Those specific terms take precedence over this general policy.

Refund Amounts and Timelines

Different situations warrant different refund structures. Here's the breakdown:

Timeframe Progress Refund Amount Processing Time
0-14 days Less than 20% 100% minus ฿500 admin fee 5-7 business days
15-30 days Less than 30% 50% of course fee 7-10 business days
31+ days Any progress Not eligible N/A
Technical issues Any progress Prorated for downtime 7-10 business days

Payment Method Considerations

Refunds return through your original payment method. Credit cards typically process fastest at 5-7 days. Bank transfers can take 7-14 days depending on your financial institution. We can't speed up bank processing times, but we'll do our part promptly.

Currency and Exchange Rates

For international payments, refunds are issued in the original transaction currency. Exchange rate fluctuations between purchase and refund dates might result in slight differences. We use the prevailing bank rate at refund processing time.

Special Circumstances

Life happens. We get that. Here's how we handle situations that don't fit the standard categories:

  • Medical emergencies with documentation may qualify for partial refunds beyond standard timeframes. We evaluate these case by case with compassion.
  • Job loss or significant financial hardship might warrant payment plan adjustments instead of full refunds. We'd rather help you finish than process a refund.
  • Course material errors or outdated content will be corrected immediately. If correction isn't possible, we'll offer refunds or free transfers to updated courses.
  • Instructor changes mid-course don't automatically qualify for refunds, but we'll work with you if teaching quality drops noticeably.
  • Group enrollments have separate agreements. Contact our team directly to discuss group-specific refund terms.

Transfer Options

Sometimes switching courses makes more sense than a refund. We allow one free course transfer within 60 days of enrollment if you've completed less than 30% of materials. Additional transfers incur a ฿1,000 administrative fee.

What Doesn't Qualify

Being transparent about non-refundable situations helps avoid confusion later:

  • Change of mind after completing more than 20% of course materials. You've accessed significant content value at that point.
  • Failure to complete the course due to time management or personal scheduling issues. Our materials remain accessible for the full enrollment period.
  • Dissatisfaction with grades or assessment results. We evaluate fairly, but subjective performance doesn't warrant refunds.
  • Technical issues on your end including internet connectivity, hardware problems, or incompatible devices. We provide system requirements upfront.
  • Violation of our terms of service resulting in account suspension or termination. Breaking the rules forfeits refund eligibility.

Questions About Refunds?

If your situation doesn't clearly fit these guidelines or you need clarification, just ask. We'd rather answer questions upfront than deal with confusion later.

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this refund policy as our business evolves. Changes take effect 30 days after posting to this page. Students enrolled before policy changes remain under their original enrollment terms.

This policy is governed by Thai law and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Rayong courts. For international students, we'll make reasonable efforts to resolve issues through direct communication before legal proceedings.
